GFI MailArchiver is now GFI Archiver 2015

Available from November 25, GFI Archiver 2015 is the next generation of this award-winning archiving solution.

The product is being renamed to GFI Archiver to reflect the increase in archiving capabilities and formats that are now supported, including:

  • Emails (all formats of attachments)
  • Files
  • Calender
  • Notes

What’s new in GFI Archiver 2015?

In the latest version, a number of important new features have been added.

These include:

  • New deployments no longer require Microsoft Active Directory and can choose to use the GFI Directory as a replacement
  • File History Retention – easy control over different storage versions of archived files for improved server space management.
  • Archive stores management utilities – available as a separate download for administrators who need to do maintenance on their databases, including exporting to a new database and splitting older archive stores into smaller ones.
