Depending on the type of active maintenance agreement you have and which vendor the agreement is with, you will be eligible to receive technical support from ourselves and the vendor and if upgrade cover is included, access to all new versions of licensed products, including major releases.
To ensure your continued access to these benefits, please keep your maintenance contract active.
