General reports improvements

All mailbox content reports were rewritten and will run faster without any annoying prompt.
You can specify a specific account to access an Exchange server.
Some bar chart reports let you select day, week, month, quarter or year for the time interval.
Previewed reports can be exported to CSV.
The Selection tab was improved so selection of multiple items is much easier.
The Selection tab lets you save and load your custom selection so you can use it for other reports.
Selection list can be saved and reloaded from reports to reports.
Global parameter to exclude deleted objects.
There is a new Partners tab that lets you include or exclude specific Smtp domains.
New Partners tab in reports to select and save a list of Internet domains.
Almost all reports have a group tab for up to 3 levels of grouping with optional page break, total.
The Group tab comes with 3 levels with ascending or descending sort order and optional page break.
You can have a separate report on export for each group.
The group name can be part of the exported report name.
Some reports let you choose sent or/and received messages as well as the total.
For all reports that list mailboxes, you can choose to display a particular attribute rather than the mailbox distinguished name.
