HDSync streamlines the maintenance of managing your Help Desk Authority users and customers by storing all user account information in one location. This allows Help Desk Authority users to authenticate using their established credentials in Active Directory for single sign-on into the application.

Leverages your existing investment in Active Directory by making automatic additions, deletions, or updates to your Help Desk Authority user and customer database based on data stored and maintained in Active Directory
Specifies which Active Directory users should be allowed login privileges to Help Desk Authority based on their credentials as a user, or which group or Organizational Unit they reside in
