HDSearch Module

HDSearch is a companion to the already robust search engine available in Help Desk Authority that allows you to quickly search through not only the issues themselves, but also the knowledge base and any files or attachments in response to the needs of customers, end-users or administrators.

HDSearch:

Searches the entire database for issues by indexing end-user/customer data, attachments and knowledge base information to address the needs of the end-user
Provides flexible query options which may include boolean or natural langauge searches to receive quick results
