HDAsset Module
HDAsset allows help desk administrators to inventory machines across their network to get a comprehensive look at hardware and software installations.
HDAsset:
- Attaches audit data to help desk ticket in Help Desk Authority including hardware, software, peripheral, executable components and system information
- Schedule workstation audits across the entire network or on selected machines only
- Identifies any additions, deletions or modifications of hardware/software, executable components or general system information for a particular computer
- Catalogs an accurate list of all hardware and software used across your enterprise

HDAsset provides the ability to inventory and manage assets seamlessly from within the Help Desk Authority help desk console, without the need to install agents on remote computers.
